Description
This machine seamlessly combines a high-precision 4-head linear
weigh scale with a high-speed vertical form-fill-seal (VFFS) unit.
It automatically measures exact portions of your granules using
vibration-free linear actuators, then delivers them into bags
formed from roll film. The result is a complete, professional pouch
with airtight seals, ready for retail or bulk distribution.
Application: Precision weighing and automated packaging of
free-flowing food granules (e.g., coffee beans, rice, pulses,
seeds, nuts, snacks, pet food, powder mixes, frozen
fruits/vegetables).
